WHERE CHANGE BEGINS WITH US!
OUR STORY
In 2020, friends Denise and Mónica united to champion social justice in their hometown. Their journey together started volunteering with a local non-profit and assisting BIPOC families. Inspired by their experiences, they founded LO Change, later becoming the Womxn for Change Coalition (WFCC).

In 2023, the board and team grew, sharing the one belief that empowered women empower women. Each brings diverse identities and professional skills to create today’s dynamic team. Mónica, Christine, Raquel, Maiyee, Sandra, Sarah, and Ayumi comprise the WFCC team. They tirelessly work towards empowering women and folxs of diverse identities by creating a culture change program focused on individual and collective growth. WFCC, a non-profit led by women, gender-diverse, and BIPOC individuals, aims to foster a community that empowers our community and promotes a culture of growth and change.

Their vision involves establishing collaborative coaching programs that boost confidence and prepare individuals for change. The program emphasizes a holistic, positive, and caring approach tailored to individuals at any stage of their journey. Whether in the classroom, at home, or in the workplace, WFCC is committed to supporting you, your voice, and your journey in every space you choose to belong.
